The license you ordered is in the form of an encrypted file. You will receive it by E-mail once it is ready. It usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours. This E-mail will be the only delivery of your order (there is no physical delivery).
Important: the license will be sent to the E-mail address associated to your Paypal account. if you want to receive it on another address, please contact us.
If you do not receive any response in the next 3 days, please contact the author, the message with your license might have been stuck in your spam folder, or your E-mail address might have been incorrectly written in your order.
In rare cases, the sender's E-mail address is blocked by firewalls or antivirus, which may complicate the communication. In any case, send us a message to inform us that you did not receive the license yet.
Reminder: you need to download the latest version of Shadows before installing your license file.
