Locations database

Shadows is provided with a database of 2800 places from all around the world. You can download additional databases on the following page.

Technical specifications

Shadows is develop to primarily target Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000.
It also works with older Windows versions: Windows NT, Windows ME and Windows 9x but without any guarantee as it was not tested on these platforms. Shadows may be used with Linux or Mac OS, with a Windows emulator (for example Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac OS X).

The on-line help is in HTML format and requires a web-browser compatible with Javascript and cascading style sheets (any recent browser should be compatible).

The user interface of Shadows is translated in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Bresilian Portuguese, Dutch, Hungarian, Russian, Slovenian and Polish. The on-line help is available in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Polish.
